From the moment I walked in, it felt less like visiting a store and more like rec ... More onnecting with an old friend. Amrita is, without question, the best salesperson I’ve ever encountered in any luxury setting. We spent most of our time simply talking — about family, life, and everything in between — and it reminded me just how genuine and personable she is. Of course, we also looked at a few watches that have been on my list for a while, and as always, she was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, even taking detailed notes on what I liked. Then came the moment that completely took me by surprise — Amrita had her colleague bring out one of the watches I had been hoping to get for quite some time, and she offered it to me right there on the spot. I was absolutely amazed. It’s a moment I’ll never forget, and the watch itself will always hold special meaning for me, as it marks the year my daughter was born. Amrita made this entire experience unforgettable. She’s not only a consummate professional but also a truly special person who brings warmth, intelligence, and authenticity to everything she does. Wilson & Sons is incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you, Amrita, for making this experience so personal and memorable — it meant the world to me.

The WSJ is an outstanding place to purchase your next watch, thanks to its exceptional owners(Michael and Matt) and staff(Wendy). I recently brought in a vintage Rolex Day-Date for service, and they w ... More ent above and beyond to ensure not only its authenticity but also that it had the correct dial for that specific reference. They spent several weeks consulting directly with Rolex in Geneva and independent experts to verify every detail. My watch is currently being serviced by their in-house watchmakers, who personally came out to greet me and strongly recommended against polishing the case & bracelet in order to preserve the originality and character of this special piece since in pretty good shape. I also purchased a Rolex Day-Date ref. 18036 from WSJ. Throughout the entire process, the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Now I am waiting for my next dream pieces collection journey.

From my very first phone call with Ashley, to meeting her and Stephanie in person, and eventually speaking with Michael, the owner—every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I shared with them a deeply personal story: years ago, I owned a Submariner Date, but was forced to part with it after sustaining a serious injury in the line of duty as a police officer. The injury brought with it financial hardship, and parting with that watch felt like losing a piece of myself. So when I walked through your doors, this wasn’t simply about acquiring a luxury timepiece—it was about reclaiming something that had long symbolized strength, resilience, and a life I had fought hard to rebuild. You could have presented me with a dozen incredible watches, and none would have mattered. For me, it was always about the Submariner Date.
